Current capabilities
Sutro is one product for building and running Functions. Functions is where you build and improve them. Batch runs them asynchronously at scale. A published Function cannot currently be invoked by name through a synchronous Sutro endpoint. For real-time use, copy its optimized prompt, output schema, and model recommendation into your own OpenAI-compatible provider.✅ means available today.
¹ Tool calling while building a Function requires the relevant tools to be
configured for your Sutro deployment. Build-time web search and tools do not
carry into Batch execution.

- Datasets: CSV, JSON, JSONL, and Parquet
- Function assets: PNG, JPEG, WebP, and PDF
- Batch files: CSV, Parquet, and TXT locally; CSV or Parquet by HTTPS URL
- Function asset limits: images up to 5 MB; PDFs up to 32 MB and 100 pages
